Not having access to Paypal is a real setback for people working online.

hi sis! I’m interested to start the paid blogging thingy but I really dont know how to start. I want to try the payperpost and a blogger friend told me that I have to apply for EON visa electron ..is it the same thing as the eon cyber acct? or pwede din sa peyperpost yung eon cyber acct? hope you can help me sis.
