Acne Breakout

When I was in high school, I really hated how my face looked like. I have zits on my face. As young as I am, I have no idea how to treat them. Sometimes I prick them just to please myself and get rid with the red dot on my face. Unfortunately, it caused me a lifetime scar.
Now, in my late twenties, I didn’t know acne can still reoccur. I thought it was only for teens. I was reading from an article that adult acne can occur with unknown specific reasons but a combination of several factors like hormones, vitamin deficiency, diet, stress and more. Since, I have been staying-up late nowadays and have undergone so much stress. No wonder I have acne sprouting all over my face right now.

Never wanting another scar, I tried several acne treatments but none of them worked on me. Since I am a fan of herbal medicines, I researched for a natural acne treatment.     I also prefer natural methods, such as acne naturist treatment and herbal acne treatment.
