I was browsing on my files when I was able to see my best friends wedding pictures. Yeah, I was there actually but I felt I was never present. It was a hard time for me back then since my hubby and I just got separated. It was also hard to face my in-laws when they already knew that their son was living a life outside our marriage.

Anyway, I also noticed that I really did make myself up that time. I wore a dress that I don’t even wore before. I should say I was pretty…hehehe….but my best friend should have given me one of her promised bridesmaid gifts that time. I really needed a shawl. She had an afternoon wedding and it was so cold when evening came.

Well, I got through it anyway and I still say…there was once a night that I really felt beautiful but cold.
