Affordability – In this current world economic situation, you need a web hosting service that is affordable.
Transparency – Yes, there are many affordable packages around but sometimes, you have to read the fine print or ask questions first before placing an order. You don’t want to end up regretting what you have purchased!

Your New Online Diary to Share Your Thoughts!

A blog simply means the shortcut of the term web log, hence BLOG. It is great to write down your thoughts in a diary or a journal, but I guess in this modern day and age of computers and the internet, it is nice to put up your thoughts and publish them online, right?

I found this new blog hosting site called thoughts.com. It is a free blogging platform much like wordpress and blogger, but it is just that your blog site address is positioned differently.

When you open their site, it proceeds to okayblog.net, but after waiting a few seconds, you are redirected to thoughts.com. Well, that is quite uncomfortable and it would be good if they will eventually fix this and when you open their site, it immediately goes to
them. And yes, I just mentioned okayblog.net earlier today.

Their sign up process is easy and it takes a few minutes of your time. So if you want to start blogging and don’t have the budget to get a self-hosted wordpress, thoughts.com is surely the place to start with!

Anyway, I am again making this announcement for those who are interested to start blogging and would not want to buy a domain and a hosting just yet. This could be your practice blog after all, they offer free hosting!

I believe that if there is anything free, people’s ears stand up straight, right? And if there is an announcement for a Free Blog Hosting, wouldn’t I go check it out?

So I check this one out at okayblog.net and I think that like its website name, it is okay. It is like a new blogging platform, like blogger and wordpress. The only thing different maybe is that instead of your URL being http://blogname.blogspot.com it will become http://thoughts.com/blogname. I guess it is not that bad considering that it is a free service.

I have yet to try signing up and really starting my blog so I could not really comment on the template and other settings. The sign up process seems easy enough though and any newbie can easily navigate through the site without much problem. It is user friendly I believe. I just have to try it out to make sure.

I am just kinda busy at the moment and nothing comes to mind as per the topic of my blog. Just one tip if you are new in blogging, think of a unique name for your blog as there are already gazillions of blogs out there with similar names. Find a unique euphemism for your topic and you will be on your way to blogging haven.

Anyway, it was last year that I noticed this cute :cute: smileys used by Mommy Willa at fickleminded.net.At first, I just admired the cuteness :bunny: and all but this year, I can’t help myself but asked Mommy Willa about it. :inlove: The cuteness of these smileys haunts :hypnotized: me in my waking hours! So, I have no choice but to use it! :yes:

Amy Poehler has a new TV show coming up. It’s called Smart Girls at the Party which is also presented by Barbie. They are offering a sneak peak of the show using this cute COZMO TV widget below. This cool widget can be installed anywhere. It can be installed in any blogging platform such as blogger, wordpress, typepad and others. It can also be installed is almost all known social media site like myspace, facebook, hi5, netvibes, friendster, multiply and more.

Aside from the widget being so cool and cute, it’s really easy to install. Just click “Grab This TV,” then choose the social media site or blogging platform where you are planning to install. When writing a post, I always make sure that I have placed a related image to make it more beautiful and attractive to read. But sometimes, I fear to include blog pictures because I am afraid if the images I took are copyrighted or I consume my disk space due to uploading big sized images.
