Curbing Weight Gain

I’ve been loaded with work lately that sometimes, I forget to eat on time. Scratch that. It should be I often forget to eat on time. Not that I’m complaining. More work means more blessings for me and my family. Besides, it’s not as if I don’t eat at all. I do eat. The only problem is that I eat way past the normal time for eating.

It’s bad to work on an empty stomach but it is worse to eat food that may no longer be digested properly. For instance last night I drank coffee close to midnight and I ate a bowl of noodles after that. That’s bad. Not eating on time can cause me to gain more weight since my metabolism would run low. I think I need to start taking diet pills just to curb the impending weight gain.

I feel sorry for us women. We do everything to make sure that our family is well provided for but we sometimes tend to lose track of ourselves and our health. But I guess that comes with the territory of being a woman, right?
