Good Night errr Afternoon!

I just realized that my source of income is really making my body clock go crazy. It seems that it doesn’t know anymore when it needs to sleep or eat. All systems have gone malfunctioned I guess. Anyway, I am enjoying it actually but I sometimes feared that it might cause my health. Right now, if I don’t forget, I am taking pre-cautionary measures. I am taking vitamins as a part of my blogging regimen.

I am going to get a few hours sleep now. I have promised my kiddos that we are going to the mall. So, to keep myself in tip top shape later on, I need to hit the bed and take a short nap just to regain energy. Being with my kiddos at the mall requires not only money for food and fun but lots of lots of energy!

    naku sis, take short breaks in between.,.. hehe ako nga i had a really painful stiff neck for 3 long days dahil sa sobrang non-stop computer work. kaloka!

    I agree with you sis, it really messes up your body clock..hahay.. but do have a rest [nagsalita ang maaga matulog..hehhe] we should take care of ourself, health is wealth and as a mom we have to keep up with our kiddos’ energy.
