Shopping with the Kiddos

My mom, my sister, our babies and I went to the mall today. We went there with the intention of buying some unique baby gifts for the kiddos. Unfortunately, we were not able to buy anything exceptional but only the plainly designed pink-blue colored blouses and pants for the girls and some character t-shirts for the boy (that comes with two FREE toy trucks). When I paid at the counter, I was really shocked on how much children’s wear cost nowadays.

Anyway, I don’t mind because my children and my niece always have ukay-ukay (second hand clothes) just like me. So buying them some new clothes once in awhile is worth it. Seeing them shop with a smiling face made me happy inside too. Maybe that is what a mother is made of.
