With too many things going on my mind, I would imagine myself taking a long de-stressing and detoxifying bath that would go more than an hour in some spa resort. But I just remembered that would be very expensive. So I thought why not do it at home, it would be much cheaper and get the same relaxing result.

I have gone for a massage for my back pain. I have taken some pain reliever already but my backpain is still there. I think all these stresses emotionally and physically are causing me this pain.
