I promised my son that for his birthday this year we will go to Manila and visit some of the theme parks in the city and the one in a nearby province. It’s still a long way off so there’s plenty of time for us to save and plan for our trip.
In less than two months, more than half the world will be celebrating Mothers Day. In fact, it will be celebrated in exactly 54 days, 2 hours and 6 minutes as I am writing this. With roughly that many days until Mothers Day I’m quite sure that you’re already looking for the perfect gift for your mothers. Sometimes when life gets too wound up for words, we look to various options where we can relax and perhaps get away for a few days or so.
For me, I prefer going to beaches and staying for a couple of days and avail of villa rentals that suit my taste. To be honest, a few years ago, I had no idea some of those gorgeous establishments looking over the ocean were referred to as villas. But that all changed the day I was tasked to check out some Florida villas that were more than gorgeous. By then, I was hooked and I could not help myself but dream of having an “ancient Roman upper-class country house.” Well, that’s what Wikipedia said.
A couple of months ago, I got frantic because I was invited to a special gala gathering at the nearby mall. But it was a special event for the local folk because it was a celebration of beauty, of success, and of entrepreneurship. It was a beautiful gathering but the invited guests were asked to come in a formal red attire.
