Discovered an Acne Complex

To be honest guys, I am not a person who spends time in front of the mirror and do all sorts of beauty rituals. What I usually do is wash my face with plain soap and that’s it! But lately, I noticed that my skin is drying up and growing acne all over maybe because I am already aging or too much stress.
