There used to be a time when the only thing parents worried about was when their teenage children constantly whined about a skin breakout or when their crushes ignored them. Now though, parents are facing a problem of immense proportions. The rising problem of substance abuse has somehow managed to corrupt teens and the growing number of teen drug rehab admissions is quite alarming.
Colon is an integral part of our body that needs proper attention and care. Without taking the appropriate ways to take care of the colon, the worst thing that could happen is for it to develop cancer. Around the globe, this type of cancer is the third and fourth leading cause of death among males and females respectively.

Last week I was planning to attend church at Jesus the Shepherd so that I could meet up with some of my blogger friends who happen to be my friends in real life. But there was a change of plans because my husband surprised us by following us here in Cagayan, so we went to our own local church to meet up with our wedding godparents to also discuss with some plans for next year.
