When I was still working, sleeping late only happens during the weekends or when I have no work on the next day. But when I started blogging, it seems that sleeping late is no longer an issue because most of the time, I don’t sleep at night. Not that I am busy will my online work every night but because I am having a hard time sleeping! My body clock is now used to being awake at night and during the day, I sleep. 🙁
Honestly, I am not proud of it because I know that this is so unbecoming of a healthy person. If I need to stay healthy for my kids, I need to sleep at night!! And because of this sleepless nights that I have decided to seek help of a sleep aid. I want to take some non-habit forming sleeping pills to jump start my goals of sleeping during the night. Well, not necessarily early at night but at least be asleep around 12mn.
So, what do you think? Would it be a good idea?
Ako nga rin marz kaya as much as possible tinatapos ko mga task early para maaga matulog sa gabi, pero ang nangyari nakikipag chikahan pa, kaya maaga natutulog sa umaga nlng hehehehe. nagka pimples nlng sa kakablog and sleeping late
You need to get your body clock used to sleeping at night. So you should set your alarm clock to go off at a certain time in the morning, and get up at the same time every day. Then you will start going to bed when you are tired, and eventually you will go to bed and get up at the same time every day.
You can work in the call center industry. I also have trouble sleeping. I usually sleep at 1 am.
