Accomplished But Aching

Posted on February 24, 2009February 25, 2009 by MOMMY RUBY

Late last week, I am starting to feel some health improvements. After I finished my medication, my diarrhea has subsided. My bowel movement started to normalize after a few days. But still my stomach roller coaster is still there and they are intense during mornings and late evenings. So, every time I felt dizzy or having pain, all I do is hit the bed before I cause my five year old son some trouble. At least when I am lying down, I can be safe from bumps and bruises just in case.

By the way, I also felt so accomplished last Sunday. It has been months since I did the laundry for the family. We always hire someone to do the job but unfortunately, we lack the budget this week. So, I was left with no choice but to do it. I washed few important clothes like my hubby’s uniform and some clothes for church. I couldn’t wash his jeans because they are heavy. I was not able to finish all because my stomach was starting again and my back was already aching. After doing the laundry, we ate brunch because they woke up around 12nn. Then later went to church. When evening came, I felt the pain ranging at the lower portion of my back and at my upper legs. I have lain down all night because I couldn’t take pain relievers.

Anyway, his payday is coming so I might as well get some budget to hire someone to do the laundry. I guess I couldn’t risk my health again anymore. Money can always be found but out health can never be picked from the grocery stands. You need to take care of it.
