Just a few weeks ago, my baby is having a hard time sleeping during the evenings. She sleeps mostly at 11pm to 12mn. Before, she sleeps around 8pm and wakes up around 5am but now her sleep pattern changed.
Oh well, I just hope there is a natural sleep aid for babies. It is really hard to work even just for home chores when the baby is awake and cranky!
Anyway, do you know any effective techniques to help baby sleep on the right time?
