There are advantages to having a cable TV connection, but personally I also see many downsides as well. The advantages would be that we would be updated on latest news and updates, both local and international. Especially at this time when our country is facing all these controversies politically, it pays to be informed on latest happenings. The disadvantages would be that the kids would just be glued to the TV set and can’t do anything productive in the house. So I am actually cautious about this decision on whether or not a cable TV connection would be worth it. Maybe for starters I will just buy one of those antennas for tv.
