Favorite Bible Stories

Posted on October 12, 2008December 9, 2017 by MOMMY RUBY
One of my favorite Bible Story is the life of Moses particularly the time when God commanded him to go to Egypt to tell the Pharaoh to release the Hebrews. This story has been depicted several times in the movies and my favorite translation was from The Prince of Egypt. That scene really gave me goose bumps. Well, actually the entire movie did.

This story always reminds me in real life that God would never leave us in every situation He allows us to be in. Just like Moses, he was destined to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt but he did not believe he can. But God told Moses that He will take care of everything just as long as he obeys what was commanded. As we are destined to a certain situation in life which is mostly very hard, I believe God has allowed this therefore He will not permit us to be destroyed or put into harm. He will be with us, to guide us and to make as victorious as long as we heed His commands. Find out more about this story at the book of Exodus, Chapters 3 to 5.

Anyway, to find out more about the great Bible Stories and how we can relate it to our lives, there is an event on October 22 and 23, 2008 wherein you can join. It’s the first-ever Theatre Church Conference in Silver Spring, MD. Visit www.ncm.com for more info.
