I am not really a vain person but after my husband keeps on teasing me that I have gained weight, I began to feel conscious of how I look. Now, not only I am aware of my weight, I am also taking notice of my face. At the age of 30, I am already contemplating of undergoing a treatment for wrinkles!
Though my children believe that I am still young (thank you kids), I on the other hand think that I am already getting old and fat. Anyway, old or fat, all I can do is to accept it because that is the only direction all of us are going. So better be happy about it than whine, smiling can strengthen the muscles than frowning they say.
