How to take care of my health for my benefit and for my baby`s, doing recommended exercises for pregnant women, taking the right prenatal vitamins, precaution on making love, and also attending regular prenatal check-ups.
Just like any other women on their first pregnancy, many questions occupied my mind and I was so afraid of so many things that might cause harm not just to me but also might affect my baby`s health.
