Seeing a lot of people leave our country and take healthcare jobs abroad is not something new to me. I couldn’t blame the best people in the field of healthcare leave our country for another. The compensation they are getting from here is not enough for the family.
If I had a healthcare profession, probably I wouldn’t be here too. I would render my services elsewhere where the needs of my family are met first. I can’t work my best with other people when I know the family that God has entrusted me is not being taken care of.
But I wish that our country will be able to rise up our economy, it would be nice to have those great healthcare professionals take care of their fellow citizens than other people. I hope our country could afford their services so that they would never leave.
