If there’s one type of dimple that I don’t like, it would have to be those annoying dimples that appear on my thighs and on that area just beneath my buttocks. Yes, I’m talking about cellulites! Lately I’ve been seeing more and more of them on my skin and it is terribly frustrating. That’s why I’m hard-pressed to find a cellulite treatment that really works.
I have read something online which says that there are about 5 things which aid in the removal of cellulite. These are cellulite diets which is basically a type of fiber-rich diet to help get rid of unwanted fats, cellulite treatment creams or topical creams that you apply on your cellulite, body wraps, massage treatments and even exercises for cellulite reduction.
I am still contemplating as to which of these would work for me. I don’t have time to exercise so I guess the easiest option is to feed myself with fiber-rich foods.

I think the best way to get rig of cellulite is a cellulite treatment fallowed by exercises. I recently did a cellulite removal toronto treatment and the doctor there told me I should exercise 4 days/week to be sure cellulite won’t bother me again. Until now things are great…I’ll see in the future if this really works.
