There are times that I don’t have any immediate work to do that is why I want to take that opportunity to sleep at night. Unfortunately, my body is not responding that much to my demands. When I sleep around 10 to 11pm, I still find myself waking up around 2 to 3am and when I am awake, I could never go back to sleep causing wasted hours of having a blank mind.
So, I was wondering, would over the counter sleeping pill make any difference? Would it send me to sleep straight till morning? Will I be able to wake up if my baby cries at dawn? I am asking this because I wanted to try it at nights when I wanted to just rest and sleep. Ideas anyone?
