Every since I learned to do household chores, I have never worn any work gloves. If I wash the dishes, I do it with my bare hands. If I clean the bathroom, I hold the scrubs with my bare hands. If I wash the clothes, I still do it with my bare hands. And because of this, no wonders my hands feel so hard already. Aside from the harden spots because of constant typing, my hands have cracks already.
So now, when I do household chores that involve harsh chemicals and solutions, I make sure I wear work gloves. I want to keep what is left of my hands even though it doesn’t look beautiful as before.
