We don’t have our own house. We are only renting. But since my husband and I have decided to stay here, we plan to buy our own house within the next two to five years. Some of our friends suggested that we should check out great properties that are subject to foreclosure. Some insisted that having a new one is still the best.
Well, whether foreclosed or new, as long as the price is right and the design and location is good. I will go for it! Having a place to call our own is the best!
