Repercussions of Eating Out

Posted on February 20, 2011December 9, 2017 by MOMMY RUBY

I’ve been going out a lot lately. But before you start thinking that I’m out having fun, I would have to say no. I go out to run errands, pay bills, buy stuff for my kids’ school projects and take care of things in connection with our impending move back to CDO.

Since I’m out of the house most of the time, I often eat out as well and we all know how eating out has a way of derailing someone’s weight loss plans especially if it’s done on a regular basis. In fact, I’m starting to think that I have gained weight these past couple of days because I always eat in restaurants and fast food chains. That’s bad news. Before I know it, I’ll be needing fenphedrine so I can start losing weight.

Quite honestly, I want to lose weight the natural way – with proper diet and exercise. But because it seems very hard to get rid of those unwanted pounds, I’m afraid I would have to resort to weight loss supplements after all.

I’m sure you have all tried some kind of diet. If I could design the perfect wieghtloss diet or healthy diet program for you, what would I need to do? Think of what would make you enthusiastic enough to not quit, but look forward to continuing this program on a daily basis for the rest of your life.

Eating in fast food restaurants makes one gain weight because food is so oily.
