My friend is saving up for a new car. But this new car, she says, will not be the usual car that one can find in car stores and what car agents sell. She is putting one part at a time and have them installed one by one. She already has the engine as well as all the other parts except for the tires. The car body is almost ready, except for some specifications, and for the tires to be attached to it. She said she saw some tires from Ebay and was wondering if she should buy online or through a local dealer. All she is hoping for is to get a better deal for the tires as there shall be four of them that she needs. Hmm.. I wonder if Shinko Tires are also available on Ebay.
