Sit-Ups!

I heard many successful weight loss stories and most of them gave me the courage to shed some fats. But my most of my close friends told me that I don’t need to lose weight. They said that the only thing I need is to trim up! They said that in general I am neither fat nor chubby looking but I only have a big tummy. :no: So they said trimming up is the only solution I need to do which literally means I need to do some sit-ups!

The coined word sit-up is easy to say but hard to do in my part. 🙁 I wanted to try it but I am afraid I will not be consistent enough to continue it for even three days. But of course, I will try to do it someday but not now. I am in the middle of my LAZY MODE :evilgrin: and I can’t get it off my system (lame excuse eh? LOL!).
