The aftermath of Typhoon Sendong has left many people homeless. Others find themselves rebuilding their abodes with what is left, while those fortunate others have started anew like buying a house or applying for house loans and the like. For the affluent, starting again may mean looking for the perfect house, one that will withstand nature’s wrath or any typhoon, probably those with laminate floors, strong and sturdy concrete walls, high ceilings, and complete with amenities. But no matter what kind of house it may be, as long as it is safe and will shelter the dwellers, then it’s good to go.
