It was last year when I was able to meet Ms. Janette Toral in the online world. I was able to know her through her website Blogging from Home which eventually helped bloggers like me understand the world of blogging. After that, we have occasional communication online through various social media such as PLURK, FACEBOOK and TWITTER. Then last July 4, 2009, I was able to meet her in person thanks to the help of DigitalFilipino Club and PAGCOR. They have organized the first blogger’s event here in Bacolod City.

DigitalFilipino Club is a community of e-commerce entrepreneurs, professionals, and enthusiasts and Ms. Janette Toral is the founder. Through this club, she has helped many people understand the essence of the online world and start their e-commerce business on it. They are also known for the E-Commerce and Search Engine Marketing Webinar Series.

Anyway, the DigitalFilipino Club is organizing the first E-Commerce Summit this coming November 12 and 13 at Hotel Intercontinental, Makati City. At this event, they will be inviting CEOs of various SMEs, Corporate Club Members and two-time DigitalFilipino Web Awards winners to speak about their best practices in the field of business and in the online world. They will also recognize the new DigitalFilipino Web Awards winners on the said event.

So, if you want to learn e-commerce best practices at the DigitalFilipino E-Commerce Summit, join the DigitalFilipino Club today! The summit is free to all club members. Visit www.e-commercephilippines.com for more info.

By the way, DataOne is one of their sponsor and they are still open for more. So, if you want to be a sponsor to the DigitalFilipino E-Commerce Summit, just visit their website too!
