I have been feeling so weak lately that sometimes I don’t know what I should be doing first. Sometimes I just thought I am being lazy but unfortunately my body and my brains are not functioning. My body feels weak and has occasional aches all around while my brain feels empty.
Anyway, I think I am just too stressed out. That is why I am starting to take vitamins again and lessened my unhealthy eating. I switched to fishes and vegetables instead of pork and drank water instead of cola and coffee. I hope it is not too late to get my body working again. This is the only capital I have so that I could work and earn for the family!!
