Every time I saw my hubby’s tummy, I always think about saving up for some gym equipment at home. At least when he gets home from work, he doesn’t need to go to the gym to workout (which of course will be close when he arrives home). So every time we go to the mall, I always check on the prices of treadmills, elliptical and other gym equipments. Just to give me an idea how much I should save.
Speaking about losing weight and equipments, I was able to bump on a site that showcases Kettlebell fitness videos. It says that one can achieve total body fitness in just 20 minutes, 3 times a week. They also featured testimonials of those who have tried using a Kettlebell and the workout sessions featured in the video.
Aside from the time needed to do the fitness session, buying a Kettlebell is much cheaper than gym equipments but I don’t know if it will give the same results. Anyway, I guess it will be up to hubby if he is that committed to losing weight. I guess it doesn’t matter if he uses a Kettlebell or a treadmill. Don’t you agree?

I wouldn’t waste my money on any videos. Just get him to do some situps and pushups every now and then and get him out for a walk. It will pay off.
