My teens are suffering from black heads and I make it a point that we are using the most natural agent as possible in removing it. My girl has thus obvious looking black heads in her nose area and a week ago I made an oatmeal and meal scrub and mask for her to use. It did remove some of it but with the repetitive and constant use I believe it will really work out.

I jog every day (actually I try to do it daily) and sweat a lot. Hope, it cleans my skin. In India, many people use honey and milk for this reason. In India, Bentonite clay is called Multani mitti. Mitti means soil or clay. Gandhiji was a great proponent of sand baths to cure skin infections.

I need to try one of these solutions as that has been my problem ever since. Having a facial to remove them on the other hand, is so painful. I’ll try making the mask one of these days. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

I’m also currently suffering from blackheads so I definitely have to take note of this. Anyway, I would love to try the Apple cider vinegar one with the mint toner. I just don’t know how to extract the mint leaves. Have you personally tried what you recommended? Which among those do you always do?

I am one of those teens who suffered from blackheads. Luckily, I chanced to remove all of those with the use of Dr. Alvin’s rejuvenating set. I also tried what you have recommended, in the first atempt, it was effective. But as I continue using it, it was no longer effective. I believe it is really depending on the skin type.

I like the egg white mask and honey and milk pore strips. I’ve done that one before and it helped tighten my skin! Tho I don’t have blackheads, i mostly have white heads and it’s really annoying. Mostly they are on my nose.
