One of my cousins is now reviewing for the nursing board exam. He had finished his nursing course because of the support of our auntie who is now working at the US. Since he is already finished, my auntie and my father wanted me to go back to school. They said I should take something related to the medical field.
Well, I was really fascinated by the work of an ultrasound technician but unfortunately there are few sonography schools here in our place. I must travel to other parts of the country just to find an ultrasound schools that would teach and train me for work abroad.Anyway, being an ultrasound technician is much better for me than being a nurse. I might drop dead if I saw blood oozing out from a man’s body. At least if you are an ultrasound technician, blood would be of a lesser case.
I also visited www.medical-career-training.com. They have diverse information available on medical careers and training programs that can help you plan on what course to take when it comes to the medical field. They also have listed various ultrasound schools and more from the US that could offer specialized trainings.
As I browsed at their site, I was also interested in other courses they have. But as of now, I can’t commit to my auntie and to my father just yet. Maybe in the near future but not now.

Hi, Mommy R!
Ultrasound is a work of the RadTechs like me. Since I am a Registered Radiologic Technologist, I am very fmailiar with the ultrasound procedure. The Radiologic Technology not just encompasses, x-rays, but we also are performing CT scans, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, Mammography and many others.
There are a lot of schools offering this course as of the moment here in the country and guess what?! The demand is high, here and abroad, but the supply is very very low. So it’s very easy to find a job.
Riverside in Bacolod is also offering this course now…:-)
