When I first heard the new term, I thought it was something like a new species of the manta ray. Then I learned that the blu ray is a new video system. In the past, we have had Betamax, VHS, VCD, DVD, HD, and now we have the Blu Ray that promises better quality videos. But if you want to want videos in this format, you will need to have a blu ray home theatre system in your home because the older video players could not recognize the language of this new system. Well, needless to say that the system is very expensive to set up that is why not too many people can afford it yet.
